The journey of an order

From "Hello" to the car at the gate

Every order travels the same road, with clear rules at every step. No favourites, no lost orders, no "we forgot about you".

  1. 1

The client calls the company number

The same number they've known for years. The robot answers on the first ring, with the company's name — even while it's talking to ten other clients.

  2. 2

The robot takes the address and reads it back

Returning clients are recognised by number and get the shortcut: "Strada Mare 12 again?". New addresses are confirmed word by word, so no car ever heads the wrong way.

"So: Strada Mare, number 12, entrance 2. Correct?"
  3. 3

    The address finds its rank

The system knows which rank serves each part of town. The order enters the queue of the rank the client's address belongs to.

  4. 4

First in the queue gets the offer

The driver with the most seniority in the rank gets the ride first — on the tablet, with a sound and a 15-second countdown. The trade's old rule, now kept by a computer, fairly, every single time.

  5. 5

    Refused or timed out? Next.

If the driver declines or lets the countdown run out, the offer moves automatically to the next in the queue. No dispatcher wastes time ringing drivers one by one.

  6. 6

    Ranks empty? GPS decides.

If nobody is at the rank, the order goes to the nearest available car in town. The client doesn't wait behind a queue that doesn't exist.

  7. 7

    Really nobody? We say so.

If no car can take the ride, the client hears an honest message — not an empty promise. The system keeps retrying and calls them back when a car frees up.

"No cars are available right now. We'll call you back the moment one frees up."
  8. 8

    The client gets an SMS

The second the driver accepts, the client knows exactly what to look for: the car number, its colour and the minutes to arrival — minutes chosen by the driver themselves.

"Car 22, white, arriving in 4 minutes."

What each of them sees

Owner

Sees the ride on the panel map from the second the order lands. Complaints go straight to their personal phone.

Dispatcher

Does nothing — and that's the point. Steps in only when the robot hands over a special case to a human.

Driver

Gets the offer with a sound, sees the written address and their position in the queue. Picks the minutes to arrival.

Passenger

Talks for 30 seconds, hangs up and gets an SMS with the car, its colour and the arrival time.
