Who we are

VoxTaxi ("we") provides taxi companies with an AI-assisted dispatch service: answering order calls, distributing rides to drivers and confirming to clients. You can reach us any time at contact@vox.taxi.

What data we process

• The demo form: name, company, city, fleet size, phone and email — used solely to contact you about VoxTaxi. We keep it for at most 12 months after our last interaction.
• The dispatch service (for client companies): the caller's phone number, ride addresses, call content and confirmation SMS messages. Callers are informed at the start of the call that an automated assistant is handling and recording the conversation.
• Call recordings have limited retention: they are deleted automatically after at most 30 days, unless the law or the client company requires a shorter period.

Roles under the GDPR

For passenger data, the taxi company is the data controller and VoxTaxi acts as the processor, under a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) signed with every client company. For demo-form data, VoxTaxi is the controller.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract with the taxi company and steps prior to entering it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service (point (f)) and, where applicable, consent (point (a)).

Where data is stored

All data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for any purpose other than those described here.

Cookies

The vox.taxi website uses no tracking cookies and loads no advertising scripts. The application panel (app.vox.taxi) uses only cookies strictly necessary for signing in.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). For any request, write to contact@vox.taxi — we reply within 30 days.
